Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of aerelontech.hu (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them.
This Site publishes our consulting offering, our writing and our games. It carries no shop: there is no checkout here, nothing to add to a basket, and no payment is ever taken on this domain.
The Tech North Star architecture packages are sold from a separate store, technorthstars.hu, under that store's own terms, privacy policy, refund policy and end-user licence agreement. If you are looking for the terms of a purchase, they are there, not here.

We are registered with the Court of Registration of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court. There is no separate code of conduct we are bound by.
2. Accounts
Most of this Site needs no account. One is required only to open a restricted document — a proposal, a pitch deck or similar, shared with named recipients. Accounts are created through Google sign-in (Firebase Authentication). You must:
- be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract;
- provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure;
- not share your account or a link to a restricted document with anyone else.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these Terms, and we may withdraw access to a restricted document at any time.
3. Consulting engagements
Nothing on this Site is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of engagements, packages, timelines and prices are indicative: a consulting engagement is agreed in a separate written contract between us and the client, and that contract — not this Site — sets out what is delivered, when, and on what terms.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its backend or other users' accounts; do not scrape, overload or interfere with it; do not circumvent the access controls on restricted documents; and do not republish, resell or redistribute our materials without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, diagrams, templates, decision records, code samples and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us. Reading it grants you no licence beyond viewing it here.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
7. Liability
We provide the Site on an "as is" basis to the extent the law allows. The material published here is reference and illustrative material, not professional advice for your specific situation, and acting on it remains your decision and your responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version published here is the one in force. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may turn to the conciliation board attached to your local chamber of commerce. The board competent for us is the Budapesti Békéltető Testület (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu). Consumer complaints about market conduct may also be made to the district office (kormányhivatal) acting as consumer-protection authority.
Otherwise, disputes fall to the courts of Hungary.
